Yey what he said, 5/8 ID return line, MINIMUM! The 1/4" suply line is OK with a restrictor or a valve to knock the flow back some.

yeah, i believe my return is too small. it was 3/8, but i ripped it out lastnight and will be replaceing it with 1/2 as soon as some fittings come in. i would have gone 5/8th, but i chose half because i can get half with a 1/4"NPT which would prevent me from having to retap my oilpan, and im sure 1/2 will be just fine. like every factory car ive ever seen actually uses half. the supply is 1/4" being restricted by means of compression fittings which bring it down to 1/8" at the ends. so im thinkin this sould fix my lil oil burning problem. idk bout the oil pressure though.. cold start idle she sits at about 50 psi of oil.

50psi at idle ....110 psi before you turned the car of ,
That's a lot of oil pressure man....20 psi is enough for a turbo doesn't need anymore than that though. My oil return is kinda small to, but I'm not smoking....

even 1/2 inch is kind of small imo and yeah, maybe it's a domestic thing, but tha oil pressure looks kind of high to me as well, get a needle valve to kill that ---- some.
