Yeah, I would almost wait until I could get my hands on a pair of 14Bs if I was going to go through all the trouble of plumbing for a TT. You could nearly get away with a single 14B but if you're going big you may as well go all out right?

You would over spin the turbo in no time unless you had a very big wastegate.
I almost always reccomend one bigger turbo but for a budget setup where you could get 2 of those cheap, it wouldn't be a bad idea. The piping could be made simple. There isn't a ton of room in a bmw for turbos so you will have to be creative. I made a turbo kit for one of my suppliers using my m3 a while back. It's tight in there

Yea, just try it out. I mean a t25 in your e30 should get you in the 260-280hp range, which is not bad at all for it's size. This also all depends on your fuel management, injectors, how much boost at a efficient level, ic piping size, and ic itself. But I say it's worth a shot, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Your low to mid range would be real nice.

the exaust turbine is VERY small for 2.5l imo, with a twin turbo setup, i can use the original headers and weld up a manifold adapter for them, there is one for the first 3 cylinders and the next 3 cylinders, effectivly splitting the 2.5 into two 1.25 engines, the turbos would merge into the same IC pipe and the same down pipe to save money. Fuel/spark management is goin to be an RRFPR setup, colder plugs, and higher octain gasoline.
BTW the guy on bimmerforums is giving me the other t25 for the price of shipping
