i know most of these can work, but which one is better off for good spooling and still good power at 7psi?

and also, is it expensive to find the 02 housing for the RHB5 turbo or not?

go with the td05 or t25. The rhb5 is to small and the rest would have other problems. If you already have the RHB5 sell it.......trust me I used one and was very upset with the turnout. Had lots of problems from the very start. Go ahead and buy a turbo with a o2 housing attached. i.e go to a junk yard and pull the whole assembly. good luck

so it sucks that small rhb5?? i shouldn't get it eh? and the td04e sucks too and t28 no good eh? ya i'll go with t25 .. just that the stupid rhb5 was looking more newer and cleaner than the t25 or td05... but i think t25 is better cuz it's newer.. td05 is ancient (12 years old)

is the td05 more powerful though?

Whoah, hold up man. Think about your long term plan here. Are you planning to boost higher than 12 later on with a rebuilt D16?

for now just 7-8 psi with this turbo, i'm going to learn the basics doing thsi homemade stuff, then later i'l get a precision turbo custom and built block with at least 15 psi (want to push 300whp)

so the IHI is pretty ---- eh? i haven't really heard good ----.. i'll think i'll go with t25
