Default Are these things smog legal?

I can get around it, I know a guy who does smogs, but if I turbo my car, and I go to jiffylube, will they fail my car based on the physical inspection? Im guessing the answer is yes.

turbo + no CARB stickers = you in big trouble. damn sometimes i love living out in the ---- boonies in WA...

here in california it depends.... i asked around.... The test and repair guys really dont give a ----... but the test only centers... give you ----... they said mine would have failed inspection just for the sparkplug wires so you can imagine what they would say about the turbo
