hey guys just done putting my turbo set up together but the te04h on my d16z6 hit 3 psi on first gear then 2nd gear some time hit 5 psi then 3rd maybe 7-10 psi any of you have the same experience ? it not leaking last time i try to pull the VAC line out of the waste gate and it spoon to like 15 psi real easy lol but i let off the gas right away is this gonna hurt my engine

 

What is all this talk of spoons? Your car doesn't have a spoon motor.. do you mean to say spool?

What kind of engine management are u running?

damn chill ok i missspell it "spool" uberdata what are you talking about other forum ? well if their's no help then drop this post

 

check for leaks in your pipes/intercooler, thats the only possible cause.
other than that, your first gear is too short to give the turbo the load it needs to produce full boost, and it makes it even harder with leaks

 

Where is the wastegate line hooked up to? There is either a leak somewhere in your setup, or your just not full throttling it enough to hit your set PSI.

yeah the ecu kick *** man ! thank steve i don't think my pipe is leaking i pull off the waste gate VAC line and it spoon to 10 psi easly so i think my VAC line to the conpressor is opening too early since the Waste gate is set at 5 psi stock and the piping is 2 inches and a DSM intercooler so that may restrick the boost ?
