potentially a whole lot depending you would have to be a lil bit more descriptive on weather it was a big tdo5 or the very small td04

If your talking about the DSM td04 and DSM td05 then ...the td04 13g is off the auto dsm's. Its small(er). The Td05 is off the 5 speed DSM's. Its a little bit bigger than the td04,,,at least the compressor housing.

yeah it’s the 14b off the older DSM's. I was just wondering if there was a lot of difference between the two, but I just got the td05 for $70 on ebay, not sure if it needs to be rebuilt. dose any one have any idea who can spin balance the shaft for cheap ? I read on here that a guy dose it for like $35. if anyone knows anything let me know. thanks guys

Nah not a whole lot of difference the tdo5 will support a fairly decent amount of horsepower(although not by dsm standards) quite a few people have gotten into the 12s with the turbos but most of the turbos now are so old that rebuilding them isnt really worth it with the availability of bolt on hybrid garret turbos and the bigger tdo5 16g's and tdo5 20g's and such for very reasonable prices
