Then who's gonna straigten the shaft and balance the turbo?? That's the most important thing.

i've been referred to a local machine shop. and being as i work at a car dealer i get the hookup at most other shops. i'll prob just charge it to my work account anyways >:D

Good move!
Be present when they balance it. Make sure both the turbine and the compressor are balanced to less than 1 gr/cm on the unbalance scale.
I have seen a local diesel shop around here who consider 2 gr/cm as a well balanced CHRA. (They are wrong)
