The only way that turbo would be worth $1000 is if that ---- bolted on to the factory exhaust manifold and the factory downpipe, having charge pipes that bend exactly to how your car needs them, comes with a hks bov, has a intrnal air to water intercooler, and has internal fuel management which automatically detects fuel/air ratio from the internal wideband sensor and also lets you boost 16 psi on a stock d15. Then I might pay $1000 for it.
