T3/T04E for BSERIES?

how much PSI is considered SAFE for a T3/T04e equiped on a bone stock LS B18B motor?

Safe means nothing without engine management, With for say the "BEST" engine management, like standalone type system with some large injectors and tuned correctly, probably 12-15psi. (thats pushing it)
