Default T3 -> T-25 GT25/28 Adpater

Was curious if anyone here had one of these laying around or knew anyone making one. I emailed BMC Racing hoping for some results there, but just covering all my bases I have a mint condition GT28 ball bearing I wanna toss on my b16 for 8-9psi and call it a day.... don't feel like buying a new manifold.

I actually do have a HKS Manifold, but someone welded the internal WG shut on this turbo. So I'd like to retain my shitbird mani w/T3 flange and TiAL 38MM

Well, I talked to Sam @ BMC and basically the T3/GT25-28 bolt holes interfere with eachother making a 'normal' adapter unfeasable. He said you'd have to weld a T3/GT25-28 flanges together. Thats about 2" thick and I know on my setup I'd have drain issues if it was that low.

Remember guys we're talking about Nissan style t25 flange here, NOT DSM.

Looks like I'll be grinding the welds off the internal WG flapper and using my gay old cast HKS manifold... ugh I hate that thing.

I'm also trying to see if shitbird will make me a new manifold with this flange on it, but its not looking promising

I hatehatehate internal WG's more than anything.

dude... WHats he mean they interfere? Do the holes line up enough to where you can say drill the holes out real big on the turbo and fit the bolts through
Or is it completely off. Throw some pics up with comparison on how far off the holes are..
My turbo is a garret t28

As in the holes would physically interfere with each other, and the adapter plate would be so thick to correct that situation that it would become too low (on my setup anyway). If a 2" thick adapter will work on your setup, I suggest contacting www.bmcrace.com and he'll make one for you.

I'm asking BMC about making a T25/14B DSM to GT25/28 flange right now... because I also have a shitbird short tubular with a DSM flange on it... and I think that would work for me anyway

I dont have a digicam right now, but it looks like they just barely overlap.

One option I just thought of might be an OFFSET adpater (like slide the turbo to the left... forward or something) and use counter-sunk holes or studs that wont protrude on the T3 side. It won't be 'optimal' flow but who cares if I can save 250 bucks on a new manifold.

I wish i had a CnC machine to try out ideas like these

Any idea on where you find a block of aluminum to try and make your own
