T3 rebuild kit

Found a decent priced rebuild kit but want to confirm thats its complete. I don't know the guy so I'd rather not just take his word for it. Here's a pic but it's not the greatest........

that looks everything is there it seems. $40 for a rebuild kit is fairly cheap considering the garrett ones they sell on ebay go for twice as much...heres another picture reference.
