T3, .42/.48 or .60/.48

I have a 91 CRX Si with D16a6. I was just wondering what turbo would be better for my motor. The .42/.48 i think is pretty good for my car but i heard that the .60/.48 is one of the best for d-series. I dont want the turbo to be too big! I think a Super 60 T3 is .63/.60 and in my opinion, its a little too big for my motor. Would my best bet me the .60/.48? A little more lag but better top end, which is safer for d16?

i'm just guessing from what i've read on here (i've got the same motor 89 si) and the .42/.48 sounds good for D series where the .60/.48 would be better for B series. I would go with the .60 if you plan to swap later to keep from buying two turbos
my .02

ok dumb question are u listing the a/r of the exhaust or the a/r of the compressor side first???(lol what a nube question, ive just never heard of which one is suposed to be "listed first" :-[) ;D cause if the exhaust is what ur listing first( .60/.48) go with the .42/.48

the 60/48, is that the one you have one your setup? The one on your profile?? or is that the 42/48? let me know, i'm really stuck on which one to get cuz i want a hard pull that wont kill my motor but the 42/48 sounds more safe but will not pull as hard..do you think my motor would handle the bigger 60.48? the motor is in very good condition so i dont think its that prone to break.

Kinda back to the topic, what about a 60/63 (or vice versa excuse the noobness ::)) would this be used for a built D-series or would it just boost like at 4k on a stock motor? I am pretty new to the a/r application as far as trim/displacement. Thanks in advance for any info.

i'd say that's too big for d-series. you'd have some lag. imo, stick with .60/.48
