i am just going lose my internal wastegate and go external wastegate. Anyone know a place that sells the 5 bolt flange cheap?

just weld it and keep your internal wastegate. cheapest solution.
you dont need to unbolt the dp really. the 5 bolts aint that hard.

 

with the swing vavle, i only have 2.5 inch for a downpipe which is not enough, i think. With the swing vavle off, i got 3.5 inch for a downpipe, which i think is perfect for 2.5" downpipe, don't you think?

 

I don't get it....you want a 3.5" dp

the 3 bolt flange can be bought at any muffler shop.They should keep those in stock.I've bought some before that was for a chevy,fits just right on the 42/48 T3.Is that what you need?
