As long as it doesn't have the ceramic compressor wheel it should be a good turbo that offers more cfm than the 14b.

Yank compressor cover, measure exducer/inducer.

BB T28 is capable of more power than 14b; be very careful unless some cash is coming from your end the guy offering the trade is either lying or stupid.

ok here is the deal he wants my civic std mani, 14b turbo with o2 housing, and bmc adapter plate along with my intercooler for this turbo. kinda wierd well cause i know the s15 t28 turbos are rare so i doubt that. the pulsar t28 is great for b-series. the problem is he wants to trade but i just dont want to get scammed oh yeah supposedly it was rebuilt 3500 miles ago

Its probably the T28 from a lower S14/S13 both of which have journal bearings and max out around 280hp?

Has a T25 flange on the turbine so not a straight swap for a T3

I"ve rocked a BB T28 on my Z6 couple of years back.... it was an awesome turbo, i got it from a guy straight from Japan... got it back then for $330 shipped. Made 232hp and 217tq on a bone stock motor at 12-13lbs... be carefull don't get scammed
