Default T25 on my D15b7

Alright, so I'm putting a T25 on my car in like a week, using uberdata and 450's and stuff. Anyway, I have a boost controller (manual) but you can't turn the boost lower than the stock wastegate setting right? So I am going to have to lengthen the wastegate actuator arm? I don't want to be running 10-12 psi like DSM's do stock. Thanks for the help.

Stock boost is 10-12 http://www.vfaq.com/index-main.html Go to newbie FAQ then DSM specifications, stock boost. Where is the FAQ on lengthening my wastegate actuator arm?

i dont think so, before i put the mbc in my eclipse i ran it with out the selnoid and it would go to like 7.5-8 psi. (and it sucked)

Did you read the FAQ I posted, my friend's stock GSX boost was 12, weird. So, you don't think i'll have to lengthen my wastegate actuator arm?

The WG on my DSM T25 runs right at 7 - 8 psi. The turbo is from a 97 GSX.

yeah I've heard both 8 and 12 which is it? People can't seem to make up their minds - I think I'm just going to install mine and check the boost gauge - and lengthen the actuator arm if I have to cause I'm not running over 8-10 on stock d16 internals!

It's 8 but a boost solenoid in DSM's cranks it to 10-12 when they get warm. So for non DSM's it's 8. As for running 8-10 psi on stock D16 internals, with good fuel management, that is no problem.
