Most people who "turbo" their cars buy complete kits, or peice together pre-fab parts.

There are the few of us that go above and beyond that, and make, or have made, the parts for us.

The likelyhood of finding a specific company that "makes adapter plates" is slim to none. Especially since the design of the HMT kits varies so much between applications.

Try getting your plate made by a local machien shop. Just a 3/4" slab of mild steel with some holes in it.
Here is my adapter plate made for me for $50 by a local machine shop..



As for oil lines, you can put those together yourself.

This is what I used for mine..
3' stainless steel braided hose (From performance shop, $20)
2 -4AN end caps (From performance shop $16 each! )
2 -4AN swivel connectors (these thread into the endcap, included in the $16..)
2 -4AN to NPT adapters (from O'Reilly's $5)
1 BSP "T" (From performance shop $2)
1 BSP to NPT adapter (From the Sunco Gauge adapter kit from AutoZone $6)

 

Well, doesn't that make you special?

 

That should be generic for most turbos, yes.

I didn't put the adapter that I used for the Oil Feed inlet on the turbo housing itself. So ya, that should be pretty generic.
