I bought a turbo off ebay last night, it was a remanufactured super 60. compressor wheel is a//r 51. cover 60. turbine is ar 48 standard t3 flange, the guy sells turbo for everything profesionally for all types of engines he said it a straight t3, price $290 looks brand new.but the specs sound like an hybid. anyway does this sound like a way better turbo than my current one a/r 42, ex a/r48?

so how is that a super 60? i thought the super 60's were .ar60 and .63? but i'm probably wrong. =)

 

I have a b16a2 95 civic with a airresearch ar 42. but I havent got this turbo yet because I just baught it, but it looks great, I cant wait to use it. he also have a t3/t4e, for $390.

 

you are right, The super 60 is 60/63 with 60 trim compressor and stage 1 turbine wheels

 

i run a turbonetics super 60 on my Y8, it pulls alot harder than the old standard saab t3 i was running before, plus it has that cool loud turbo spool up whine. if it like mine youll like it

 

T3/T4B 60compressor and stage 2 48turbine clipped kicks ***. Nice spool up, loud Mack Truck spool sounds...It doesn't get any better than this.
