Default suggestions on a cheap but good turbo

I am wanting to turbo my 99 civic si with a gsr block and b16 head. I want to do this as cheap as possible and still have good stuff. Looking for 300 whp at 10 to 11 psi on stock internals.....is it possible?
where should i look for cheap components?

it can be done (300hp) but your going to need a fat turbo and good fuel. get a t3/t4 mang. dont be cheap on your turbo. this is like your third setup isnt it? get a precision turbo, their fucken sexy.

Who cares how many setups you've had, keep doing it till you get it right. I'm glad to see your getting rid of that worthless charger.

Just get a turbonetics or a garrett T3/T4. The turbo is the most important part of the kit so invest the money once and do it right.
