Default stuttering under boost in low gear

I am having a problem where when I am under boost, the engine stutters. It happens pretty violently in 2nd gear, a little in third gear, and almost not at all in 4th (pulls smooth). It gets worse the more you crank up the boost. The AFR and timing advance are steady and stable.

This did not happen a few weeks ago, and started recently and seems to be getting worse as time goes on. I am leaning toward it being a mechanical issue with either the BOV or the wastegate, but Im not sure. Nothing in my tune has changed, especially to cause this.

Any ideas?

This sounds exactly like the problem I had on my stealth. I replaced plugs and wires a few times cause I thought maybe the wires were bad or the plugs were too hot. I replaced the coil packs, and problem solved. So I'd check your spark components.
