F22b1 is what I'm turboing, has a 9:2:1 compression ratio, which is very good for boost, and if your going to boost, stock injectors just won't work, grab some dsm 450s

you're stupid.

all sohc f22's have 8.8:1 compression.

the only f22 that has a higher compression is the JDM f22b DOHC, which is 9.2:1.

f20a dohc is essentially an f22b dohc, except it revs higher and has less torque.

If you can get your hands on an f22b dohc or the f20a dohc, then go for it and turbo it. Those are the best platforms from the ones you listed.

dont go with sohc f22bx, their head flows less than a redneck trying to rap.

b1 is fine.... mine ran great, but yes they are 8.8:1. The a6 is the one though... better flowing head.

My b1 made 305whp/307tq-stock block at 15psi
