Default straight trade

Someone on another site is trading me two 300ZX TT for some stuff I have. Basically some strut bars and a foglight kit. Anyway I don't know if I put in the right search words or what but what I'm trying to find out is this a good turbo to run on a D16Z6 and what kind of turbo is it. Meaning is it a T or whatever? If this has been asked then feel free to post the link I couldn't find and I'll go from there.

Thanks

The best thing to do is ask the person for the specs on the turbos. They can be a T25 or T3. Check the kink below for more information regarding the different types. Hope this is helpful.

I just picked them a few minutes ago. The guy I got them from said the reason he took them off was because he upgraded to bigger ones.
So Tell me what you guys think.
Thanks for the responses also.
I really have no idea what I'm going to do with the second one. Maybe barter for some parts to make a HMT kit.

He told me I should be able to get between 200-250whp out of them. Also can you guys tell me if they are internally wastegated or not? Also I'm picking up a Spoolin Performan Log manifold package deal. This is what it comes with
SpoolinPerformance Log Manifold Package deal ( B and D series only) $575 shipped
-Manifold
-2.5 A/C or non A/C Downpipe ( available for 4 or 5 bolt turbos please specify when ordering)
-One o2 bung
-1.5 Dumptube
- HIGH QUALITY Flex pipe ( not ebay like other vendors)
-10MM stud kit with copper locking nuts provided
-12 8MM copper locking nuts provided for use on manifold to head mounting ( no more backing out!)
(for OBD II vehicles. 8MM studs are available for sale 12$ for a set if needed for manifold to head mounting)
- SpoolinPerformance T-shirt ( L, XL)

Still new at the turbo game but trying to learn as I go along. And I really don't have that much money to spend on
an expensive *** mani so I think this will do just fine for now.

They're internally gated turbos...check the canister looking pieces on the sides...those are the wastegate actuators.

So what kind of power can I expect with this? I'm looking in the neighborhood between 200-250whp.
