anyone know the specs on it? and it looks like its made to the manifold and the wastegate is on the manifold as well...any way to pull it apart and put another housing on it?

 

there was a thread about this on here before...somebody suggested trying a TD05H exhaust housing, but I think it was determined that it couldn't be done...

Well td05 isn't gonna work because it's a td04 turbo right? I'd try an exhaust housing off a 13g (off automatic 1G Eclipse turbo) because it's tdo4 as well.

 

Those are a wierdfuk design, Mario, they are only fed three cylinders and the fourth gets bypassed directly to the exhaust. Not that you can use the manifold/turbine, of course, but you should get killer spool on a smaller displacement engine if you can find a turbine housing that fits it.

Hamilton, local guy, owns both SRT-4 and a Supra, makes 309 whp off stock base model SRT-4 on a Dynojet. It pretty much gets the nuts on the Stage 3's and some of the other lightly worked cars. If you can figure out something on those turbines *cough* DSM.org *cough* then it'd be a turbo I'd swear by.

 

well when we figure something to put on it...i'll get ari to make a manifold for it and we'll throw it on a d-series or my cousins ls

Sell it for a couple hundred to someone with a N/A neon and buy another turbo.
