Re:stock sleeves with internals.. how much boost?
 

I built mine with je 9.0.1 pistons, eagle rods, arp studs, and cometic1.7mm head gasket, and GE block guard. but it wont start. maybe too little compression from the pistons,and head gasket, or timing off. blockguard OK.
