If you used a Vortech FMU and fuel pressure regulator and a walbro fuel pump, maybe 6-7psi if you're lucky, but you'd get shitty results because FMU's are goat ----.

 

So I don't even need an FMU if I go with bigger fuel injectors? Because I think I am going to go with some RC engineering 550cc injectors. I think that will be enough.

 

Now you acually gave use some info to help you, No you dont need a fpr if you get bigger injectors but you need a way of controlling them, afc (hack) or turbo edit, ect.

 

ok...well i think i am going to go with the hack (vafc) controller so that i can tune my fuel setup and also when i go and do the LS/VTEC conversion, i can control that too. I will post when i am going to start this project.

 

Wait, aren't the 550cc's a little big for the AFC Hack to handle? From what I've heard there is a point where the Hack doesn't do well. From experience most use injectors in the 440-450cc range with the hack.

 

ya someone i think did say that...but how well will my turbo like that. what are my limitations with that much less fuel?

 

what are your power goals? I would think you could run near 300whp with a 440-450cc injector
