Sometimes what people get confused about is, that when you use the 450's with the AFC's you are modifying the input voltage to the map sensor to the ecu. Thus when you boost the map will never reach over 3.0v and you will not need to use a Check valve setup. Now if your doing things backwards, using stock injectors, and putting the AFC in the positive settings (giving more fuel) the CEL will trigger when you hit boost, so check valves/missing link will be needed.
I'd say this setup could be relibile, I would trust it more than a FMU setup, you would just be pushing the duty cycle as hard as the injectors can go. My guess is 6-8psi should be fine, but only a wideband o2 will tell you the real results
