when should i upgrade my 96 civic lx fuel pump? lookin to make around 240whp

 

Youll be pushing it to the **** on stock wiring with the stock pump

I seen a guy toss in an evo8 pump cause there pretty cheap almost new when the evo guys swap em out, maybe $30

Or you can set yourself just fine for 500whp and grab a 255lph xenocron pump for like 80 bucks

 

well it depends on what kind of management your using and what cc injectors i guess. my stock fuel pump on my mazda protege which is about the same as a civic maxed out at 60-65 psi

 

i'd be using a chipped ecu and 450's

 

$70 xenocron pump, dont ---- around with cheap insurance

 

I used a evo 8 fuel pump and it was great. I wouldent push it. Why bother. They are so cheap! Your ---- deserves to blow up if you dont upgrade.

Its just a bit longer. Basically the same ---- though. If you have ever replaced one its pretty much the same ---- in all honesty.

Bro its almost exactly the same ----. Anything that you would get from a regular honda fuel pump you want with the evo pump. Dont over think it. You will see what I mean if and when you get one.
