Yeah thats what i thought, Take the damn rag off and try it again, Rags do not allow the air to enter the turbo very well!

rag is long gone lol, the turbo sucks air in just fine, seems to spool just fine, i just think there is a boost leak somewhere. Im gonna build a tester and check things out tommorw, I think the radiator hose might be the culprit, but if it is, how much to do you think a shop will charge to weld it and do you think they could can weld a steep bend like that?

i dont think they will charge that much for one piece of pipe prolyl ike 25-30$

alright made a leak tester and I found a pretty good size leak around the weld for the bov flange. The radiator hose fitting actually seems to be holding well ill find out for sure once the leak i found is sealed.
