Default Starting a DSM home-made turbo, need advice.

Hello HMT. Some of you may know me from d-series.org and to lesser extent, honda-tech, as the same user name. I've been building a 12:1 CR engine (76mm PG6's, Z6 head) and had a falling out with Bisimoto over my header I got from them, so it finally set me over the edge to go ahead with what's always been my ideal autocross build, a 10-10.5:1 CR, low boost application. Since I already am on an A6 block with Z6 head, ARP rod bolts and head studs, I figure this engine can handle 8psi fairly well until I get my extra block I was building put together with some forged internals.

My entire budget is going to be $500-600, since I already have all the supporting mods (Neptune/Demon for tuning, RC 320 injectors, Walbro 255HP, AEM regulator, wideband and tuning experience). I'm only shooting for around 180whp on this engine, since it's had its share of abuse since I assembled it 3 years ago, but want to be able to push more power when the new block goes in...I don't mind upgrading turbos later to something like a 16G. I've had a little experience with a friends old Conquest in high school, and another DSM friend is helping me. I plan on using ebay intercooler and piping (or Conquest FMIC, waiting to hear from a friend), ebay manifold and adapter plate, sandwhich plate for oil line, tap the pan for return, I'll figure out the coolant lines, probably run on wastegate boost, knock off or used greddy BOV.

Anywho, I picked up a TD05 flanged T25 for free, but it needs a rebuild. Another friend has a fresh 12A from a Starion/Conquest he'll probably let go for under $100. I would rather use the 12A if you guys think it will make a strong 8psi on our motors, probably only turning 7500RPM. Also, I assume the 12A is a TD05 flanged turbo as well?

Oh, and just to share some pics of the current car, and what I'll be swapping everything over to in the offseason from autox.

My new CRX, another 90 CRX Si, like my black one, but really clean, just missing a motor and bumper cover, got it for a good price.
