Default start of h23 build

Slowly but surely I'm going to boost my slow *** Prelude. The motor is being rebuilt right now (to stock specs, it was about to blow the ---- up from oil starvation and many other problems) and getting a shitty *** oem replacement clutch because the ******** doing this won't warranty anything aftermarket. My mom is helping me out with the rebuild BS since I'm in school fulltime and the ------s at my job don't pay me a ------- cent. So I'm going to keep bringing him back my car with shattered pressure plates, etc.
So far I have:
-Oil feed/return lines. ($73, thanks Joseph Davis for the afternoon and I haven't forgotten your $10.)
-dsm mani, (free, thanks to the dsm noob at my school)

Soon to have:
-450s, walbro 255
-td04h, something around there. I don't want to blow my ---- up right off the bat, so low boost and a nickel sized turbo will do fine. Might look into a 16g, 18g if I see one for an okay price. If I got that td04h (no shaft play, 65k miles, dude wants $250?) will I need a custom adapter plate to make it work with the Dick Sucking Motors mani? I wish I could be cool and get a t3/t04e or something worth mentioning but maybe later.
-1g dsm bov
-More than likely a p06 with crome, JD will be tuning.
Any other suggestions are welcome.

And some pr0n for while your thinking.

$250 for a TD04H? ---- that. don't buy it. At least $150 of that can be spent on other parts for your kit. You can get a 14b for way cheaper and they are slightly larger than a tiny *** td04h.

Who cares if the guy won't warranty anything aftermarket. At least that ---- won't be blowing up.

I've got to look around now for something bigger. I got to thinking about it and it's not going to be worth my time to get anything fabbed up to make that td04h work on that manifold. When I could just get a 16g or bigger that would bolt right up to it... Thanks for the insight on that.

Fabulous. I'll take it.
I'm buying a boost gauge and 2.5bar map sensor (probably a tad overkill but you never know...) from Project-D Rob here in about two weeks when I get the car back, I'll scoop your 14b probably around the same time. How much do you want to port that mani? I'll just bring it and let you have it to work on for a bit. This ---- is so much cheaper than FullRice/GReddy/RevHard/etc. turbo kits. ---- a kit.

Ahh the f/h frankstein. That should be fun.
The wastegate in a 14b is set to 7lbs from the factory, correct?
Should I look into an mbc (nog style or otherwise) or just keep the 7lbs its at? I don't know now that I'm looking at a 14b for a turbo on my 2.3, how much boost to run to make 200whp+ I'm not looking at much more than that.
