Stealth, if you see this how much for a newishHMT **** shipped to 32222 sir?

I've used them on 5 of my own setups and numerous friends' setups. Never a single leak/problem. It's good ---- and worth the extra couple bucks...and that's coming from a cheap bastard.

OMFG you're a dumbass.

Stealthmode doesn't need to advertise since EVERYBODY KNOWS HIS ---- WORKS.

The jizzmaster said it himself, statistically proven by statistics that prove it.

Ok, I got bored enough to actually look in the FI forum. Here I am.

The drain line has no pressure, and that's why a barbed fitting/clamp drain is no less than the AN fitting drain. There are a couple reasons why I don't use AN fittings in my kit, and they all make sense.

-AN fittings cost more than Las Vegas Strippers.

-Nobody can see how hot your drain line or strippers look when they're under the car.

-AN fittings are not easy to assemble. Not for me, not for anyone. They're made tight on purpose. The amount of emails that I want to walk customers through on putting fittings together is zero. Especially when again, the drain line has no pressure and the barbs and clamps do the job fine. This would be different if every drain line was the same length. Then they could be pre-assembled before shipping, but they can't. My power steering kit is pre-assembled, and if I couldn't have it that way, I wouldn't offer it.

-most automotive shops don't have the right AN wrenches to assemble the damn things, so backyard mechanics aren't any more likely too either. If you can afford to buy them to begin with, and get lucky enough to assemble them with a seal, you're sure to scratch the ---- out of them with standard wrenches. In which case, a fresh trailer park girl is better than a beaten Las Vegas stripper anyday.

-Some of the tightest spots/shortest drains I've done would be a complete bitch to try to figure out that my drain line would need 2" of stainless, because that would be the only flexible part of the drain and if you don't have it dead on, it comes out fuxored anyway.

And now the pros to AN fittings on your drain line:

-If you assemble them right, the guy who changes your oil at jiffylube will be impressed.

Hey, if you have the money and can get them together, they're great. As for when I designed the kit, I wanted it as inexpensive as possible, with 100% function, and easy to put together. If the guy selling AN fitting drain lines starts another company to offer non AN drain lines to compete with you, it's fair to say I got it right. Without the lack of customer service, it may have turned into something. lol.
