i have a question....Ive heard some rumors that the SS auto crap wastegates work...but then i heard from 1 other guy that the diaphram in the things fail....is this true ? If it is true....will the Tial or any other brand wastegate diaphrams interchange? cause i got a local guy who wants to sell me his for really cheap...he never used it at all....let me know what i should do.

I have seen it fail first hand.

 

there has been a few cases (witch i know of) of the diaphrams ripping on the ssac wastegates. and theres probly more. yes the Tial diaphrams are interchangleable. but you really get what you pay for.
i would just save up and pick up a Tial so you wont have any problems in the long run...
