Default Spooling a cb7

hey guys my name is antoine and i've been looking over this site for about a week now b4 posting and i've learned quite a bit from this extremely helpful site. I'm finding info on here that i can't find anywhere. Anyways my project, i've got a 91 accord lx (f22a1 engine with an f22a6 intake mani) that i've collected just about a complete turbo setup for. Here's the list that i have of stuff i have right now or is on the way:

turbonetics t3/t04E ball bearing turbo, 50 trim,.63 a/r, stage 3 turbine
Mandrel bent intercooler piping
T-Clamps
MHI Intercooler
Paxtor fuel pressure regulator 12:1 FMU (after reading the this site over...i'm selling it)
Red Tial 42mm Wastegate
Red Tial Blow-off valve
Greddy Boost Gauge
2 7/8" custom downpipe
Custom exhaust wrapped stainless steel exhaust manifold
GReddy Turbo Timer

I'm going to be boosting about 8 psi on this daily driver of mine and need some help with the fuel and ignition timing setup. I would like to purchase the following and hopefully have a nice well rounded and SAFE setup:
adj. FPR
walbro 255 lph fuel pump
s-afc
dsm 450cc injectors
adj. cam gear
1 step colder plugs

all together that should cost me about $570 give or take. I really need to know if this setup is safe and tunable to about 10-11psi on the stock block. I'd only up the boost to 10-11psi if i absolutely had to pull out the big guns tho.

Things i'd like to add to this setup if i can are:
3" mandrel bent straight pipe(is it ok to leave my dinky stock exhaust on for like 3 weeks to a month?)
Ractive MT2710 muffler
delta reground f22a6 camshaft
msd blaster coil and other ignition upgrades that i've yet to research

I can't find too much about other ppl building this engine in great detail so it makes it very hard. Once again my questions are:

Are my fuel and ignition plans powerful, safe, and reliable?
Can i get away with the stock exhaust for a couple of weeks without harming anything?

I'll be getting everything tuned by Stage 6 Motorsports and they said they charge $125 an hour on the dyno...about how much time should it take to tune (i need to know how much money i need to save for it cause i'd like to have $400 for tuning)

preciate guys and thanx in advance

the stock exhaust will be fine, its just going to spool slower. The hack works really good, if your really worried about detonation I'd reccomend 2 step colder plugs. Retard the timing like 2 degree if you really want to be safe. I'm running 11 pounds daily, non intercooled on my Civic with zero detonation with the hack, 450's and a vafc.

i really want to break the 13's with a little more work eventually but for the time being me and my g/f have a little bet going on. The bet is i have to take the difference that she got her car for and the difference i got mine for and beat her in a 1/4 mile race. She has a 95 eclipse gst and i've got the good ol' 91 cb7. I've got basically $3000 to spend and have done alot to the car b4 the turbo setup came along. I spent about $1000 b4 the turbo setup and $1650 on the turbo and i have to spend about another $550 or so. Yea i'm going a little over the budget but take something off at the track before we race to even things out...think i can do it? I do!!!

i'll assume that since no one has really said anything or has wanted to comment on my setup that i'm on the right track and that i'm good to go for 8 psi
