Re:Spool Time on a T3 Turbo .60 Intake .48 Exhaust.
Well, i took apart my turbo kit and took my turbo to a near by ghetto shop and told them to put a screw on the flange and weld the other section directly to the turbo so now the wastegate sits very firm with no play or dangling
and HOLY ----.. 3200 rpm im at 8psi on teh ihi.. like a champ.. car spins tires in 1st and 2nd and chirps 3rd.. i need to adjust my clutch cable a bit.. seems like its not gripping enuff.. but after driving boosted for 4 months wondering why the lag... now its a whole new world... T3 time!! |
Re:Spool Time on a T3 Turbo .60 Intake .48 Exhaust.
btw i will bet that was teh right WG for the turbo, when you rotate/clock the housings the bolts on the WG dont line up on the compressor right and only one bolt will go in and another kinda holds the other side...
