Default Spark Plugs

I want to run a spark plug that is one or two heat ranges COLDER then normal. What is a good plug for a turbo ZC and what is the stock number?

I am using the 1095's gapped very tight.

So what do you have them gapped at?

Mine are gapped to ~.028.
I really don't have to do them that much because I am running a 6al and blaster 2 coil.
