Default Spark Plug Help!

I've searched and searched and searched and get about a dozen different answers for 2 steps colder plug numbers. I don't trust the ---- stains at my local parts place and want to give them a number instead.

I know the factory NGK is ZFR5J-11 (or something like that). Anyone know what the 2 step number is?

Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Turbo (and plugs) go in Thursday night!

This is absolutely no help...

I don't know what boost I will be running as I am not set up just yet and have no idea on the wastegate actuator. I have a Turbo Xs boost controller on hand just in case though and will attempt to go up to 8PSI.

1 step colder then?

For my D16Z6 both my mechanic & a rep from Nology wires told me that the NGk-4554 is one step cold.

All the searching I did ended up with threads like this... 17 plugs numbers.

I'll give the last one a try and thanks!
