Default some serious turbo problems

ok, so my car was running fine and i put it away for awhile cuase i was waiting on a new radiator. Today i decided to patch my old one cuase they are on back order, and put on my new 3 thermal exahust.
When i take it out for a test drive, the moment i hit boost there are some very bad sounds coming from my exahust. It sounds like its starts to spool and just hits a spool limiter or somthing. I really have not clue maybe compressor surge?

My setup:
t3/t4 .48/.57
hondata (basemap)
shitty dumptube
440 rc
255 fuel pump
35mm tial
xs boost controller.
5 psi
all on my b18

"very bad sounds coming from my exahust"

The only thing I can think of that you are hearing is the wastegate opening, it sounds like complete ---- when external gates open. What do you mean rev limiter? does it stop going at a certain RPM?

it sounds like the turbo hits a spool limiter or somthing. The first time i hit boost it went up to about 5 psi and made the sound. Then it wouldn't hit boost again.

and i know its not the wastegate, becuase i tried it with my dumptube on and off. It sounds like the somthing with the turbo. I have no clue, kinda like bearrings or somthing.

check oil feed/drain lines for blockage/flow.

maybe you'll be getting a new turbo with that radiator/

sounds like a boost leak to me. i have a charge pipe that keeps poping off,and when it does, its like one time u will have boost and the next time u go to get on it,the turbo wont spool, the car wont hardly rev,and the turbo sometimes squeels/whistles really loud. its like ur giving it gas for no reason,it just wont go any faster.

wow, thanks for all the help guys. I really really really hope i don't need a new turbo, i have dumped soo much money into this thing already. I am gonna go tonight and check the oil, there could be a problem with the drain as warrick said. i am aalso gonna check my ic pipes and we will go from there,

Thanks
