That oil feed scares me, but other than that it looks pretty good. Make sure you tell guy not to get boost happy and blow his engine cause if he doesn't know much about turbo thats the first thing he's gonna want to do.

yeah my oil feed was ghetto but it worked on my car for almost a year.
the guy just called me and said that he stopped and showed his friends and then started home. halfway home it started to overheat so he pulled over and checked the engine. he said there was oil all over the place, but since he really doesn't know much about cars i can only imagine what everywhere means. hope it's nothing big that he can fix himself.

If you look closely the Oil feed is steel, he just has a blue hose over it (zip tied) for cosmetic work, I'm sure it melted though. That line should be fine for a feed.

The OBD2 Pans (are aluminum) and have different spacing due to the different sized oil pump.

yeah it's a d15b7.
i am using one of steaths feed and return kits but the feed didn't fit my turbo so i had to impovise, so no it's not rubber. i'm ghetto not stupid.
he called again and said "he thinks it is coming out of the thing going into the oil pan". so he is gonna get somebody to weld it in for him. i kinda want to see for myself but he lives like 45 minutes away and my civic is in pieces and the only other car i have bounces around too much for freeway driving.

tell him to jb weld that ---- for real. it doesn't even sound to me like he knows enought to take it off to have it welded, and i wouldn't weld my pan still on the car now all he needs to do is clean that engine bay :P
