LOL.

Ok so my hmt consists of an SSautocrap manifold, a tial wg, and a t3 turbo.

The charge piping and ic mounting was easy. The oil lines and ---- are pretty much cake. WHY DOES THE DOWN PIPE HAVE TO BE SUCH A -----? Also my turbine is on the passenger side, obviously with the compressor on the driver's. How many of you have an ssautocrap mani with the turbo mounted like that WITH an external wastegate? How did you manage the wastegate dump tube? Can you show pics so I can get ideas. My problem is I don't have an exhaust shop in ym garage, so I am left making measurements and hoping ---- will fit, only to spend money and come home with another useless pipe, as expected. I need a damn trailer.

Also I would like to take this oppurtunity to say that the stock crossmember is absolutely homo. We fit a downpipe on the car without the crossmember on thinking for sure we were well above it.....nope. Waste of money and time, now i have to have another one made. Do you guys think its a bad idea to cut the pipe off the flange and reuse the flange, they're 35 bux a pop.

I think you have two solutions for your exhaust problems:

1) Mock up all the bends and stuff that you need using pvc piping, then take your mockup to the muffler shop and have them replicate it (i've seen it work)

2) just buy the madrel bent piping assortment and cut/weld it all yourself.

Just my .02

You can definately resuse the flange, i suggest cutting ur crossmember if where the downpipe is hitting has no radiator mounts or anything. Also im sorry to hear about your problems, but it wouldnt be fun if and satisfying if the whole install was cake, you know?

PS send me some pics and ill give you some ideas for the WG dump tube. If you have access to a welder, now might be a good time to make urself a custom cross member as well, just sugesstions

lol, that would be a bitch and a half. If he's having trouble fitting his downpipe I don't think a custom cross member is within his grasp.

Where are you getting this pipe from? Who is welding it? A "U" bend and a welder should make you any downpipe you might need.
