are you sure that you can use that turbo for draw through when i was looking into doing that i realised that only a few jy turbos have carbon seals. and if it doesn't than in vaccum you will be sucking oil out of the turbo seals. but i may be wrong its been a while since i looked in turbo carbs

draw through is awesome. You're going to hate starting it though. and it's risky if you're going to intercool it cause of the fuel pudleing in the intercooler.

it should be set at 5psi(stock).It has a threaded rod so you can set it as high as 15-16 psi max on that wastegate.I has that same turbo and I had the wastegate set at 12psi. but I never pushed it past 109well only hit 12psi one on accident ;)).If I kept my eye on the boost guage I could hold a desired boost level by controlling the throttle.As long as you dont go WOT that is.
