smoking when i let off the gas

smoking when i let off the gas
Its not the turbo, oil drain line, rings (new/ set right),new head gasket, and intake gasket.
When your driving normal speed it will smoke. When you first start it will not smoke.
When you get on it hard it does not smoke, unless you let off the gas while its in gear.
I'm thinking valve seals?
Warped head?
Rings shifted?
Pcv valve? I have the pcv valve hooked up the turbo compressor inlet. If i unplug the pcv valve it does the same.

Re: smoking when i let off the gas
It's all dry in the charge piping and the exhaust wheel is still white with no coking.
You can smell oil when you let off the gas.The color of the smoke is blue.
So i know its oil burning.
Its a rebuilt block.So i'm thinking its in the head.i did wait a 1000 miles before i
put the turbo on it.So it could break in.
Number 4 plug was the most unusual looking color from the rest.

It's a d16y8 by the way.
Pcv setup..
Stock pcv valve pluged in the black box in the back, with 3/8 hose running to the filter on the turbo.
Even with that all unplugged, it will still do the samething.

Pop that valve out and take (I think) like a 1/4" drill bit and drill it out. Make sure its all gutted out, spring, valve, and all. Just a straight piece of plastic then run the hose off of that to the ground. Don't do any pre-turbo stuff. Drill it out, hose to the ground. Report back.
