Dude, you arent going to know what is causing you to blow white smoke without performing a leak down test IMO.

Its the only sure way to know.

You could take the turbo off and see if its throwing coolant into the exhaust tract.

HG is easy and can't hurt. I suspecting your turbo is a Junkyard/Ebay turbo like most guys on here and they are not worth the rebuild.

To let you know when I had the slight leak I spoke about earlier the only time I spoke was Idling, not on pulls, and my compression was all with is spec and basicall even across the board.

Replace the HG, Toss in some ARP head stud for the hell of it at the same time and it might fix your problem, if not, you know at least you have some ARPs so no head lifting, and of you built the motor you got them, and and anew HG so that's Xed of you list!

FYI I had oil in my Pipes, Not much but a bit. A Old turbo is going to spit a little!!! It's a given!!

well its FINNALLLY FIXEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD !!!

it was my turbo.

the piston seal was blown, which was causing it to smoke !!!!

now it runs beautifully !!!
