smoke from turbo or engine??

Default smoke from turbo or engine??

I noticed the other day when my car was actually inside a building that my car was smoking alittle. The engine only has 6000 miles on it, Vitara setup, runs great. Im pretty sure everything is fine but im ---- about ---- like this.. any quick ways to tell if my turbo is what is making me smoke or my rings?? It is a ching chang meow turbo with a noggerd oil restictor.

if oil pressure dips preturbo the seals are weak

The only way to check it is to put an oil pressure gauge on the feed line of the turbo.
I'm not sure he's right though - lots of oil pumps can produce a ton of volume, even if you've got a wide open 1/8th hole in the line, you'll likely have engine oil pressure.

check DP and charge pipe for oil. dose it only smoke after idle for a while? Where the valve seals replaced when the motor was apart?
