Is this a new setup? Everytime I change an exhaust mani Boosted or n/a they always smoke for a while, its just the oils and contaminents and everything being burnt off, takes a few heat cycles most of the time, dont know if yours is new or not, my old chkara took a good 45 min to ---- off and burn

I've had the same issue when I changed the turbo and head gasket on one of my cars. All you're seeing is the oil and grease or other conatminates that may have been put onto the manifold during fabrication or maintainence. Mine smoked for about 500 miles until it stopped.

This may not be your exact scenerio, but just one possibility.
