SMC again :)
Hi,
i have the SMC and i change it for the SMC +.
But on the first SMC, i have the CODE 3 (MAP SENSOR). the SMC is suppose to modify the sigal of the map sensor but i have a code. My question is: does a MAP SENSOR can be faillure With the SMC, did the ECU can detect that the MAP is faillure
thanks a lot

Re:SMC again :)
The SMC is a SUPER MAP CONTROLLER. It's a little box with 4 screw that you can ajust your fuel with 450cc injectors. That modify the Map sensor signal.
Without this MAP code, i don't have any problem.
it's a good fuel management.

I think this is the "SMC" stuff everyone is talking about. I haven't heard about this ECU mod before. I come from the world of Hondata and Zdhyne N/A motoring. Heheh.. This boosted stuff is all new to me..
Is this the "SMC" stuff everyone keeps mentioning here? Is it as good as Hondata or Zdhyne? Is it cheaper? I didn't see any prices on thier website.
