just curious what the smallest turbo any of you guys have seen put on a car.

one of those turbo's in a Daihatsu charade....think it was also an IHI smalles thing I've ever seen my fist was bigger then the turbo

 

dodge omni has an IHI RHB3. Its the size that the guy put on his turbo bar stool.

 

what about the biggest? :P

 

My IHI VF is pretty small I pulled off a Subaru loyale. It should spool up and be building boost from just idling! I just got it cause it was free and I'm not looking for anthing crazy right now. Can't pass up a free turbo with no play! Tiny or not it's still a turbo!

 

i thought loyales had an rhb5 in them.

 

the predacessor to the suzuki gsxr sport bikes had a turbo model in the 70s I believe. Try and find one of them.
