Default skyline t3 45v?

Ive searched and cant find specs of it, guy selling it says its a ball bearing t3 45v (whats 45v?) off a skyline.
Im guessing it should be about right for my b18a.

yeh bb and ceramic fins, but from what I understand they shatter if they getting raped by teh rb25det, but my b18a will be gentle in comparison.
