I would say that if it is cheap enough, to buy then just get a new wheel. I wouldn't risk running it with a chipped blade though.

ah I see,
its in a non-complete greddykit,
hes asking 700 for the turbo, manifold, dp, turbotodp thing, some tubing and a bov.

i dont think its that great of a deal if the turbo needs rebuildin.

That is not a good deal indeed. You could buy a brand new T3 and a decent manifold for way less than that. I would skip that deal, as I'm sure you will too.
