Ok someone is selling a greddykit(missing some parts but the major stuff is there) for really cheap

but the turbo has a chipped fin, and a lil shaft play.

he says that the chipped fin wont have any real effect on performance. is this true?
What negative effects would the chipped fin have??

it will waste the bearings thats a hella chip. which will throw it out of balance

If it is that cheap then buy it and rebuild it. Otherwise...No! Do it right the 1st go.

 

Hmmm...yeah if the price is right go for it and rebuild it or just go ***** out and run it. I bet it still builds boost just fine. It's probably a bit off balance though. Tough call. How much?

I'm sure it will still boost fine, but sooner or later the unbalenced turbo is going to give up..
