Re:shadowed turbo
I have a 96 saab 900. redlines at a weak 6200. is there anyway to mix and match the housings between the 2 turbos i have? are you saying the 42/48 is smaller than the t25. cause when i put them side by side...the one off the dodge is quite a bit bigger.

Re:shadowed turbo
if you have a t25 on a saab then you should look at upgrades for 2G eclipses. they came stock with a t25 that puts out 10-15psi and 220hp.
for an eclipse a t28=260 hp, big 16G=320hp, 20G=400hp, AGP RS43 350hp, AGP RS49=440, AGP RS60=534.
my friend has an eclipse with a super 20g and it hauls ***, even though its a heavy pig (automatic and awd).
the boost gauge flies to 15psi instantly and then climbs to 20psi, we kept up with a porsch pretty good on a freeway pull to 140+ mph.

Re:shadowed turbo
all those turbos have to be bought aftermarket (except t28 if u r in japan) and cant be found in a junkyard. you might be able to get a used one on dsmtrader.com or ebay.
if you engin can handle the horsepower then you can prob swap most of them in without changing you exhaust manifold or downpipe.
the real big ones you will need an exhaust manifold, downpipe, and external wastegate.
you should do a 20g, those haul on a 2.0l mitsu. that would be great, a 400hp saab lol.
