i have a 90 integra 50 trim turo just installed a walbro 255 fp and 440s are on the way currently
have 310's in .. my problem is the idle is erratic and when it step on the gas it hesitates and
basicly runs like ----, falls on it's face bogs down whatever ...i know im lean like crazy so
thats why im adding more fuel with the 440's but the motor is completly stock i know people
running more then 7lbs of boost on stock injectors and fuel pump ..why can't i ? .. i don't know
where to start i was thinking fuel filter or maybe the tune but i maxed out the 240's and the
310's (the stock fuel pump was going to ---- anyway )

your running your turbo'd vehicle with no tune on stock injectors? of course it runs like ----. stop running it before you blow it up. there is no vehicle on earth that can run 7 psi on stock injectors with no tune. people have done it using an fmu but there has to be some sort of fuel enrichment.
the most boost a stock computer can control is ~0.5-1 psi.
if you change injectors sizes then you have no choice but to get a tune otherwise the computer doesnt know there are larger injectors installed. you will run rich at idle. your idle is erratic for this reason.
fuel pump does nothing except supply the injectors with enough fuel. a larger fuel pump will supply more fuel volume to the injector to keep up with the fuel demands of the boosted engine. the injectors add more fuel not the fuel pump.

it's tuned on turbo edit and my boy is helping me with it since he allready tuned his 3 hondas on it allready so
it's not the tuner ... last night i hooked up the resistor box. it sounds better, but the idle still shaky, and dies out
or jumps up to 2 grand a couple of times then dies out ... please do not tell me to go obd1 unless u have a p28 i can have =)

ecm, ecu, dme: there all the same.
if they came out of another vehicle then most likely they are not low impedance injectors. theres no need for a resistor box unless you are using low impedance injectors. my guess is your tune is bad. do you have a check engine light on? double check all your engine sensor connections to make sure none are loose or not connected.

it was definitly the injectors... i replaced the rail, and everything. ran good, afrs was high 12s at boost couldn't
complain..... but i think i lifted the head!!!!!! lol she wouldn't start, so i kicked started her drove her back to my
house.antifreeze was pouring from the back. didn't look like no lines blew off. it started raining sooo ima look
deeper tomarow. but if the head lifted ima sell all the turbo ---- and grab a vtec head.
